HDG Delivery systems

HDG transfer station with HDG delivery auger

In this fully automatic version the pellets are delivered by an auger. The auger delivers the fuel to the suction system outside the bunker. Finally, a silent vacuum fan transports the pellets over a maximum distance of 20 metres into the pellet boiler's reservoir. With this version, the pellet bunker can be emptied almost completely without any further effort being required.

HDG pellet hose junction with 3 to 8 suction probes

The HDG suction sensor is also a fully automatic feeding unit that consists of three suction probes and a hose junction. The latter sucks the pellets through one of the respective suction probes directly from the bunker into the pellet boiler's reservoir. If a suction probe runs out of pellets, the hose junction automatically switches to the next probe. This is how the system provides a smooth delivery system for the pellets - and does so without any mechanical components in the fuel bunker. The maximum distance between the bunker and heating system can be 20 metres with this version.

HDG pellet sack silo with HDG vacuum junction

An HDG pellet sack silo with a steel frame does not require any prior construction work. Simply and flexibly, place it at a distance of up to 20 metres from the pellet boiler. The pellets are delivered from the silo, which consists of an air-permeable but virtually dust-proof fabric, by means of an HDG pellet vacuum delivery system into the pellet boiler's reservoir.

HDG pellet mole

The HDG pellet mole is a fuel store extraction system for pellet boilers with vacuum fuel feed. It is suitable for use in combination with the HDG K10-60 pellet boiler. For the use of the HDG pellet mole, the fuel storeroom should ideally be square with a max. floor area of 2.5 x 2.5 m. The room height should be no less than 1.8 m and no more than 2.5 m. A certain remaining amount of fuel that cannot be extracted is inherent in the design and may vary according to the type of installation, the control parameters of the boiler or the pellet quality.

Delivery systems for special requirements

HDG Vario flexi-blade delivery system

The HDG flexi-blade delivery system is a proven delivery system for the HDG Compact systems. It can transport wood chips as well as shavings and pellets. It is constructed in a particularly solid design and is simple to operate.

  • Fuels up to a size of G50
  • Robust and durable
  • Suitable for bunker sizes of between 2.5 to 4.5 metres in diameter
  • Filling height of up to five metres
  • Maximum bulk weight of 250 kg/m³

HDG hinged arm delivery system

The HDG hinged arm delivery system operates according to the same principle as the HDG flexi-blade delivery system.

  • Suitable for bunker diameters of up to maximally 5.7 metres.
  • Filling heights of up to 7 metres (with a bulk weight of 250 kg/m³) are possible

Passion for pellets

  • Nothing gets lost: Wood chips and shavings are normally thrown away as waste but now we can use them as fuel.
  • Broad variety: Because of the broad variety of products that are offered by HDG, we can find solutions for every demand and every need.
  • Comfortable: Pellets are the most comfortable way of heating with wood.
  • Thinking outside the box: HDG heating systems combine approved technologies with new and innovative ideas.
  • Climate-friendly: Fossil fuel is limited. Heating with wood is renewable all the time and therefore the better alternative.

HDG heating systems for wood logs have an especially high degree of efficiency and comply with even the strictest emission limitations. Many of our heating systems have won an award for innovation of the kwf or awards from the Federal Republic of Germany.
